From the Laemmle Royal in West Los Angeles to the Laemmle Town Center in Encino, each screening was a wonderful reminder of why I love independent filmmaking.
As the Casting Director and Co-Producer on the film, I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who came out to support us, helped spread the word, and celebrated the work of our incredibly talented cast and crew.
It was so special to see audiences come together to laugh, connect, and experience this film on the big screen. The energy at both theaters was fantastic, and the conversations surrounding the film made each evening even more memorable.
We were especially thrilled to have the wonderful Lisa Edelstein join us for post-screening Q&As, sharing stories and insights with audiences.
Written and directed by Sherise Dorf, The Everything Pot features a fantastic ensemble including Lisa Edelstein, James Wolk, Gina Torres, Erik Griffin, Delaney Rowe, and Deja Monique Cruz.
Independent films thrive because of communities that show up for them, and Los Angeles certainly showed up for The Everything Pot.
Thank you for making every screening so special. Here’s to more films, more theaters, and more opportunities to bring audiences together!
